There's a great scene from one of my favorite movies, Dersu Uzala, where the Russian captain and Dersu have barely escaped death by freezing and while they're dancing in the sun, the Kapitan says, "Thank you, thank you!"

And Dersu says, "There's no need to thank me; we are working together."

It's all about working together.
